STEP 1: Provide us with your sample, idea, images, or anything you have available of the product you want created.
*Real samples, artworks, or digital pictures are all recommended and acceptable. If you want to make any changes/adjustments to them, try to get us your specifications as detailed as possible. The amount of your specifications you rovide will determine the efficiency of this process.
Therefore, we encourage all our customers to be very accurate on their specifications.
STEP 2: We compose and forward the proof with color placement according to your specifications with FOB price cost, and wait for your approval.
STEP 3: Release a formal PO upon your final approval. Thereafter the production starts immediately.
*1) Please emphasize the shipping date or delivery date you'll need in the PO. Otherwise it will be arranged by our routine turnaround.
*2) If you want any further improvements or changes, we revert to step 1 and 2.
STEP 4: Your order is completed and delivered to your desired location, and you make payment to us via wire transfer (T/T).

1. How long does it take to receive a typical order?
A typical order usually takes between 12-16 days.
2. What is the MOQ for each product?
Generally, 100 pieces (e.g. lapel pins, badge pins, coins etc.)
3. How do you ship your products?
UPS, Fed Ex, DHL are available here. We'll be shipping your orders to you via whichever carrier you hold a valid account. As we usually offer EXW prices, we will need your express account number to ship your orders with the freight to be collected from it.
4. Which payment methods are accepted?
T/T(wire transfer) and Western Union.
5. Do you offer any first order discounts or promotions?
For intention of establishing a long term business relationship, we offer free die charge and free preproduction samples on your trial order.
6. Do you protect my designs and artworks from redistribution?
Absolutely, all your designs and artworks will be kept confidential unless you say otherwise.
